Teppek provides access to digital software functionality delivered instantly after purchase. By purchasing platform access or credits, users gain immediate access to software-based features within the Teppek platform.
Nature of Digital Services
- All purchases relate to access to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) functionality and platform usage capabilities.
- No physical goods are shipped.
- No manual or custom services are provided.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital and instantly activated nature of the service, purchases are generally non-refundable once platform credits or software access have been activated.
Refund requests may be considered only if:
