Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Teppek platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.

Teppek reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Nature of the Platform

TEPPEK PROVIDES SOFTWARE ACCESS ONLY; IT IS NOT A PARTY TO USER TRANSACTIONS.

Teppek operates strictly as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing automated digital map-based discovery and visibility tools delivered within the software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teppek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if Teppek has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
